At Swarna Sarees, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof in case of damaged or incorrect product claims.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• The saree has been worn or altered.
• The request is made after the allowed return period.
• The product is damaged due to misuse or mishandling.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

• Sarees purchased during sale or promotional offers.
• Customized or specially ordered products.
• Blouses stitched as per customer measurements.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• A wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp with:

• Clear photos of the product
• Unboxing video

Our team will review the request and arrange for a replacement if approved.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
• Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method or via bank transfer (as applicable).
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
